STAKEHOLDER CENTERED COACHING®

Insight begins the work. Other people’s experience proves it mattered.

Most leaders already know more than they consistently use. Our methodology turns one or two meaningful insights into daily behavior—and daily behavior into change colleagues can see.

WHY IT WORKS

People are more willing to update their perception when they are invited to offer ideas and given consistent evidence of progress.

THE SHIFT

“Doing the work matters. Creating enough evidence for other people’s perceptions to change matters too.”

Four principles keep the work honest

Focus on the critical few behaviors

01

Involve the people who see the leader in action

02

Ask for future-focused ideas instead of defending the past

03

Let stakeholder experience determine visible progress

04

THE PROCESS

Simple enough to use. Rigorous enough to measure.

The process connects assessment, coaching, real work, and stakeholder involvement through a clear rhythm that organizations and leaders can understand.

The leader, sponsor, and coach establish why the work matters, what success should make possible, and how confidentiality and accountability will operate.

01

Align on the purpose

Choose a meaningful goal

02

Assessment and stakeholder insight identify the one or two improvements most likely to change leadership impact.

The goal becomes a small set of repeatable actions for meetings, decisions, relationships, and moments already on the calendar.

03

Build a practical plan

Ask every 30 days for feedback

Stakeholders offer future-focused suggestions. The leader listens, follows up, practices, and returns with visible accountability.

04

Measure perception

05

Stakeholders score progress from −3 to +3 and describe what they experienced differently. Their perspective shows whether change became real.

The goal is not to perform improvement for a coach. It is to lead differently when the coach is no longer in the room.
